Google Redirect for Android

Do you want to directly open the "Google+" app when you click links to "Google+" in GMail or browser? In the current version of "Google+" app doesnt support such feature, but using this app, you can directly open the "Google+" app from GMail or Web browser.

Note: The official "Google+" app is required.

Recent changes:
Add Tutorial (1.2).
Redirect to Android Market if Google+ app is not installed.
Add Japanese translation (1.1).
